Once you arrive, you will be required to take the English Proficiency Test (EPT). The results of the EPT will determine if you have to study full-time intensive English or part-time high-level English, or if you are ready to begin full-time university classes. Each residence hall has study areas, relaxation areas, and laundry facilities. The room rate plus the 20-meal plan includes three meals served Monday through Saturday, and two meals on Sunday, all in the nearby large dining center. In the residence halls you can meet American friends, practice your English, and participate in parties and sports. For more information, go to http://housing.ksu.edu/reshalls/index.php

You can apply to live in university apartments at the Jardine Apartment Complex. There are one-bedroom or two-bedroom units, with or without furniture. There are several play areas and open areas in Jardine for children. For more information, go to http://housing.ksu.edu/jardine/index.php
